Short description of the move:
Asano melds his chakra to produce thousands of small razor sharp feathers in the form of a large Raven in front of him. Asano then sets the feathers ablaze then send them forward at the target with a gust of wind. The wind intensifies the flames to the point of them turning blue with intense heat. Upon crashing into an object, Black Phoenix explodes, causing a large upwards torrent of blue flames and sharp feathers that will but scorch the target and tear it to shreds.

Drawbacks:
The technique is hugely exhausting to the point that the body temporarily closes off it's chakra points to prevent overexertion, leaving Asano completely incapable of using any jutsu for the remainder of the battle.
